Had my pm checked today and tech told me my threshold was up to 1.4 in venticular lead asked her but all I got was that it was something to keep an eye on . Does anyone know what the norm is and if this is a bad thing? Tech also mentioned that I had a few episodes of V tach up to 190 is this all related?

There are two thresholds for each lead. One is a Sensing Threshold and the other is a Pacing Threshold. These have to do with adjusting the pacer to match you hearts electrical levels. These can vary over time and aren't significant unless the pacing threshold goes way up like 5-7 volts.
The "keep an eye on it" is one of those standard statements they give you when they don't want to be bothered with a long explanation. Obviously, they keep an eye on all the readings (I hope)
