tired

I'm 74 yrs old and this is my third pacemaker (ICD) I feel ok but sometimes I have to take a nap at 11am and 3pm..then go to bed at 9pm and up at 6am. I don't feel like doing anything and if I do it must be done before noon.I also have shortness of breath upon any work ?
Is this normal ? I'm due back for a pacer check next week ! could it be the ICD needs to be adjusted ?

I would't ever try diagnose you as i'm not a medical professorial if you are unsure i would call a Dr and tell them how you are feeling ..sorry i can't assist you hope you feeling better soon

go to an electrophysiologist ,don't know what they call them in England . have you had an ablation ? what is your cardiologist's diagnosis of your condition? what meds are you on ?
