Through the first four days post-surgery, I had a sharp pain in my shoulder. It seemed to be inside the shoulder, outside my implantation wound. My opposite foot (gout) started acting up, so last night I took 50 mg of indomethacin (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) to knock out the gout. Delightfully, the shoulder pain went away!
Self-medicating soon after surgery might not be the best of ideas, but I pass this along just in case it helps someone.

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.
Indomethacin

Yep, I've been on that drug too..........be careful when you go out in the sun = sunburn.
Just to be on the safe side, (just my opinion) I'd certainly bring up your shoulder pain the next time you see a doctor cuz the Indomethacin might be covering or masking a real issue with your shoulder.
Take care,
