possible lead damage?

Hello all, has anyone experienced a pacemaker lead fracture then feel a sharp shock like pain to chest, radiating to chin then top of head? Of note, this is not an ICD, just an MRI comparable pacemaker. Also, recent check states increased voltage is required in atrial lead.

Yes I am experiencing the sharp pain in my chest and runs up my neck into my jaw I was wondering if it's possible it's a lead . It comes and goes about twice a day .I'm not dependant but this is horrible .

But I think it will make me feel a lot better. My stamina to walk is already better, even right after surgery. They had me walk all around the floor before they would release me. I did so without being exhausted and winded the way I had been.
