PEN AND PAPER

I am a firm believer of writing down whatever questions I have before a Dr's appt..........How often we leave the office thinking that "I wished that I had asked this or that".

i keep a little book and log down each interrogation, i also log any time i feel a bit wierd between interrogations and tell them the time and date!
