PM checkup

Hi,
Have just been to a pacer clinic for 1st checkup for my PM, had it done 4/1/2011, everything been going fine up till now, after having the PM checked started having fast heartbeat, (Have SSS) can the check start this, feeling really low now as it was all going so well.
Am on Flecainide twice a day and bisuprolol once a day, doctor at hospital increased bisuprolol to twice a day.
Has anybody else had this problem after a checkup.

First check up? Not sure what you mean. I thought you had to have it checked like at least every 3 months. I had mine put in on Monday 1/23/12 and I have a check up on Thursday 2/2/12. But anyway, as I have read, as I'm not sure by experience, any adjustments can make your face feel flushed and all, but why did you not call them back and tell them about this. I suggest you do as soon as you can.

Had PM inserted on 1/4/12. they did check literally hours after it put in then was given an appointment for 1/31/12 for PM clinic.
On the same day as the PM checkup I also had an appointment to see my cardiologist, when I said to him about the fast heartbeat he said possibly could be them checking PM but all he did was to increase my bisuprolol to 2 a day.
Anyway pleased to say that all has gone now and back to as it was, so think that probably answers my own question.
