feeling hard beats

Hi I have had my ICD-D for about a year and a half..everything has been fine for several months Then last tues I went for a check of the pacemaker-defib ..all went well during the routine test and I left feeling well ..Then by friday I was having hard beats seems like in the bottom of the heart or right under the side or the left breast Weird for sure but it beats hard...Now is it the heart or a nerve or what..Havent been able to get ahold of the dr.with easter and all But, was wondering is anyone else has had this happen to them...Im ready for a recheck something isnt right since it was checked ...any one have this experience...???

went to the doctor or my pacemaker -defib checker..and a lead was to close to the diaphram.and causing it to thump...so it wasnt a problem with my heart..It just needed to be adjusted..I thought I was fine but since I have been home another thump just a few minutes ago so at least its not a big problem just hope it settles down like it was suppose to have done.If it keeps it up will have to go back and have it all adjusted again...Thanks Cabg Patch for you input. at least I know im not having a major problem.

Sometimes a device must be tuned a few times before it is right. My cardiologist said it is like fine tuning a car.
