all ok

Had my 1st check-up today and all seems to be ok. Said that I was pacing 48% of the time. I was ready for the tech to race my heart and then slow things down. Again thank you all for having me ready for this.

How did it feel for you when the tech sped up your heart and then slowed it down? I never feel it when they lower it - just when they speed it up a bit. Some find this very uncomfortable.
