Will I know if I pulled a lead?

I’m just wondering will I feel it if I pulled a lead? I have only had my pacer in for about four days (maybe less) and I was asleep on my sofa when my cell phone ran and startled me awake. In my groggy state I didn’t feel the pain from the fresh site of the implant and reached well above my head to grab my phone. I felt the pain in my shoulder and quickly pulled my arm back to the side and have left it there.
I didn’t feel any pain with my heart and it hasn’t beat weird yet. I’m just scared because it has three leads and I just don’t want to pull any of them loose. Will my heart go back to normal if I pulled a lead? If that’s the case I guess I didn’t pull one because I would start blacking out soon. I’m just scared and I’d like to just go back to being not in a state of fear.
Thanks.

Thank you, I'll be going Friday for an xray so I should know then. But judging by how my heart hasn't acted up any I would assume I haven't pulled one.
Pulled the muscle

When I went to see the doctor that Friday I asked and they told me it sounded like I had pulled the muscle and told me to try not to move the arm much for a few more weeks. It feels fine now. But I keep fearing I am going to pull one of the leads lose. I was out of town last week and had to jog to keep up with the person I was with and I could have sworn then I pulled it lose, my heart started pounding hard and then palpation sat in, but soon as I sat down, it went away. I'll find out about that one on the 12th. I just stay scared I think. Thanks!

Go ahead and call

It is unlikely that you have pulled a lead... but, I am not a dr. so if you think you are not feeling well, I would suggest that you just give your dr. office a call and see what they think. I have called my dr. many times over the years and recommend that you do the same.
Wishing you well,
