Heart making new paths

Ok as if things with the heart are not complicated enough, I really need some help with this one. In april of this year had complete av node ablation and last year had sinus node ablated with only 5% of sinus node working. The past month I have had issues and when I went to the dr today he said that my atrial pacing was down to 74%.

Well then he had decided to lower my from 70 to 50 so as he puts it "we can really see what the heart is doing". Let me just say I'm NOT liking it. For one I feel HORRIBLE but to top it off when I'm hooked up the monitor I am not pacing at all..not in sinus node or av node! I also acutally 2 episodes today of juntional tachycardia which was the reason I had the av node ablation in the first place.

Can anyone please help me understand how this can happen. I am going to call my dr in the morning (if I can make it that long) and tell him what is going on and see if he will change my settings back, although I did not feel good before this is way worse.
