My lead was not taking out.

Hello, My name is Alan i'm now 19 and I had my second pacemaker surgery last year.. The doctors did not want to take a lead out of my veins because it was close to my heart. I am not really worried about this because I feel good and can anyone answer me what are the risk for my next surgery in five to six years from now? I had my first surgery in 2006 I was 12 when I had my first surgery.
