It's official.... it's NOT my PM... wait ...yes it

I've been emailing with nurses at the EP's office... sent in an interrogation of device, as advised ,so tech could read & doc could interpret.
Nothing for 24 hours... new email... making sure I wasn't forgotten.
Phone call: "didn't nurse Sue call you, she said she did...." umm, no.
"PM is OK... not related to symptoms. See you Friday for your new battery!!"
New email...me...." hmmm... SOMETHING is causing the sudden drop of BP & inability to do normal activities... hard to live with ambiguity!"
New nurse checked with Dr. He said to take it easy and I will probably feel better after generator replacement. hmmmm
what the..... love these clear answers!

Hi Sparrow... thanx for the reply... the EP who will do the PM changeout is Dr. Patel with Cascade Cardiology. They document every email I send plus calls... problem is one of the nurses os kinda of the old school... can be very patronizing and of the "we know best" style. they appear to not want to give out too much info so as not to s"scare" you... I told them it was more frightening to be kept in the dark.
the other 2 times were procedures done by 2 different docs. I am older now & wiser & not so quick to say OK.
the previous practice I went to was unbelievably unorganized... the nurses tried, but doctor follow-up on calls & requests were non-existent. I was running BP numbers of 62/48 and lower after my heart surgery to repair mitral valve.... I called, home health nurses called... nothing.... finally was told to discontinue drugs by one of the partners and no one told my doc that was done & he yelled at me about being non-compliant. My daughter & I said... ok, that's it!
The cardiologist before that "forgot " I had a leaking mitral valve & by the time I got a second opinion I was barely functional. I was so bad, they did the surgery at OHSU. After the open heart surgery my EF was 10 % .... so I am running out of cardiology groups that I can trust! Cascade so far has been just wonderful... we'll see with the new EP.Sorry you have had such disappointing relationship with your docs.
