Today is my last day at work
Morning All,
It's getting close to ICD surgery. Today is my last day in the office. As you all know, I'm set for surgery on Tues. I will be taking 2 weeks off just becasue I can! I am mentally preparing myself and still a bit anxious about the procedure. I know it will be alright. I will check in with you all after the procedure. I hope everyone has a blessed weekend!

Nothing to worry about-- I had my CRT-P put in two weeks ago-- the procedure was over at 3:30pm and I was eating chicken at 6pm------

Easier said then done, I know. Enjoy your daughter's birthday and Happy Birthday to her.
The waiting is the hardest part but you'll be busy with the party so that's good. Prayers for your Doctors and you on surgery day.

I was a mess just before pm implant, but the staff at the EP lab was so thoughtful and kind that it made me feel better. So taken care of...try to push all negative thoughts away...I know it's almost impossible but when they wheeled me out of the lab 15 minutes later I was eating dinner. Unreal....

I know how nervous you are right now. I was so scared before the procedure. I came upon this site by accident. I was trying find as much information I could gather and boy did I!!!! You came to right place!! I just sat back and read everything I could to prepare myself. I never joined until today.lol!! You are gonna feel so much better! 6 weeks today since my procedure. it is so nice to go on walks without stopping and breathing heavy. Have a wonderful weekend!!
