very bad pain left shoulder

Hi
This my 2nd time on here. Last week I was having terrible pain in my left shoulder going into arm and back. I want to thank those who followed up to my problem. Went first to Cardio Drs and all checked out ok after echo and few other heart test. No wires out of place. Primary Dr put me on 800mg on ibuprofen 3 times a day. That corrected right away, He didn't want me on it long, as I'm on other meds.Still some less pain issues in the shoulder since the pacemaker/defib was installed. I should of went to the Dr right away, instead of waiting 3 painful days. I'm Blessed it could of been something more serious. Thanks..
