VT and CV abbreviations

The abbreviation VT means 'Ventricular Tachycardia'.
The fixing rate of the Fast VT zone enables your ICD to selectively detect the ventricular tachycardia rate- this is important to detect when your heart is going to cause you to not function, as opposed to just a fast heart rate ( this is medically called a tachycardia)
I think CV probably means 'cardiovascular therapies'- i.e. treatment for your heart and arteries.
Kind regards,
