I have only a pacemaker but noticed this ad in the red lined box at the middle top of the message pages about a new study by Boston Scientific. This is NOT a testimonial from me, only an interest because the doctor featured in the video when clicking on that site is the director of the heart rhythm dept. at the University of Chicago and my doctor for the last three years. He installed my pacemaker on Feb. 4, 2014 and I am part of the Boston Scientific Samurai study for MRI compatible pacemakers. I have already passed my MRI compatibility test and am now on their monitor box and checkups for the next 5 years. I find this all very interesting.

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
