ICD moves while sleeping

Hello

I had an ICD placed 12-31-2014, When I sleep on my right hand side I feel my device move in place as I move upward, as anyone had this happen before? It's the second time it happened. Is it normal or should I call my doctor? I don't feel pain or get any shocks.

Your pocket is still fresh. It will stabilize more as time goes on. My ICD does still move quite a bit even after over seven months but not nearly as much as in the first three months. Some days it seems to be more than others. I'm with Grateful Heart, it seems to want to shift closer to my armpit and my doctor has also said no reason for concern.

Rest assured it will become more comfortable.

Can it move a little when you move? Yes, mine does with certain exercise movements or turning in bed. Other times it shifts closer to my armpit.

I mentioned it in the past to my Doctor and there was no concern.

Thank you so much Grateful Heart and Marie2 for your comments. I feel better now :)
