How would i know If i idisplaced lead

I was helping my daughter put a wardrobe together earlier this evening. And my daughter stood on my shoulders to get up attic to get more pieces. Forgot about pm. Anyway when i was gone half hour or so got a very sharp pain over pacemaker for about 2 min generality feeling yucky was wondering if i pulled a lead out somehow. Got my pm moved in January as it was flipping over and does twisted now is under muscle. Any tips please

You didn't displace the lead more than 3 months after placement, you probably just aggravated fresh scar tissue. Ice and take it easy for a few days, maybe take advil for inflammation.
