Driving restrictions after an ICD has fired
I live in NJ and have been told by my doctor that i must now wait six months before I can drive again .
Is there an actual law?

From what I call tell its a grey area in Ontario only the ministry can suspend you, a doctor will have to forward your info to them then you should receive a letter stating you've been suspended.
I've been suspended since October and now after two therapies am suspended until August so I know your frustration.
You know you're wired when...
Bad hair days can be blamed on your device shorting out.

I have a well tuned pacer. I hardly know I have it. I am 76 year old, hike and camp alone in the desert. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. The only problem is my wife wants to have a knob installed so she can turn the pacer down.

Although there is no "law" in most places it is not suggested. If a crash occured, whether caused by firing or not insurance has the right to not cover it ( and they have access to medical records). If this were to happen there is a danger of civil suites and/or charges. Best to follow advise and be safe!
