Had my 4 month check up last Friday and now good to go for another year. Told to stay away from induction hobs and not to do any welding. Will leave both of these to my husband.
Have to stay on bisoprolol 2.5mg once a day. This makes me very tired still but getting used to it. Also gives me brain fog and after a day of concentrating at work I don't want to think when I get home. Or it could be my age 64 lol.
Feeling very positive now and raring to get on with my life.
So pleased I found this site as the posts have been very helpful.

Your anxiety is normal. It takes some of us a little time to adjust to the new friend. As much as they love you, family and friends without a device just cannot understand the adjustment we go through. That is why this site is so valuable.

I am taking 7mg of Bisoprolol and will increase to 10mg tomorrow. I had my CRT-D fitted 2 September 2015. After a week i was feeling better but still tired and after reading various posts on here i decided to change from taking my tablet 9am to 7 pm, it has made a positive difference as when i start to feel tired i am due to go to bed anyway.
