Pacer Dependency

I don't mean to beat this horse any more than it has been. I am confused a bit.

My atrium is pacing 60% of the time and my right ventricle is pacing at 1%. If I were to be asked how much I'm being paced, would it be 60? 1? Something in between?

Again, sorry for the silly question.

60%

I would say 60%.

99% the ventricle is following the atrium (only 1% pacing).
And actually this covers both ventricles. With natural pacing from the atrium the trigger comes through the AV node and triggers both ventricles.

When the pacemaker paces the ventricle it lead is in the right ventricle and pulses it, but the pulse then moves across to trigger the left.

But your atrium is being paced at 60%. And the ventricles follows what the atrium is doing (99% of the time).

You pace 60% of the time. If someone wants to know more than that, you can be more specific and say 60% atrial.
