I had a cabgx3 25 months ago, pacemaker Feb.2016. Has anyone been doing crunches successfully without issues. Appreciate some feed back. Thanks.

Unless you're not allowed to get your heart rate up, there's nothing about having either a pacer or previous OHS that would prevent you from doing basic body weight movements. Many of us do much more, but clear it with your doctor first.

No problem, I do crunches, reverse crunches, air bike, jack knife sit-ups, incline sit-ups and more for my core. Try it out. If it hurts just take it easy until you can increase your reps.
