2 month with Pm. While I do excerise can't get my heart rate over 80. Is that normal. I want to get heart rate up. I am a 65 yr old female. Second stent put in Dec 7 pace maker mar 3rd. I still get muscle twitches in my heart. Anyone else?

I had a pacemaker when I was 11. I never once thought I wasn't a 'normal kid' nor was I ever treated differently because of it. I could do everything all my friends were doing; I just happened to have a battery attached to my heart to help it work.

No it is not normal to be unable to get your HR above 80 when you exercise and I'm sure that your body will be telling you that it is not normal by making you breathless.
Fortunately it is an easy fix. You need Rate Response switching on if it isn't already and this will ensure that your PM puts in extra heartbeats when you exercise. If RR is already switched on you need an adjustment to its settings.
The muscle twitching may also be helped by setting adjustments
Having a stent should not be part of the problem
Best of luck
