Pretty pacemaker I waist doing 10 to 11 minted Mike's for 10th & 5 know races age group 65 - 69 and swimming 1500 yards 3 times week. Got pacemaker 1/12/16 returned to training after 8 weks. Is a struggle to do 500 yards swim and run more than a minute at a time for 14 -15/min miles. Also on flecanide is this normal? Ifeed it is how long before I am back to "old" self? Any hints, tips appreciated.

The sad truth is at our age 8 weeks is long enough to lose a lot of fitness. The only way to get back to your old self is to start fresh and train the way you got there in the first place
