I have recently started child minding my 11 month old grandson and he has a couple of naps a day at grannies. i would like to purchase a baby monitor to listen out for him can anyone advise if they interfere with a one lead pacemaker device?

I agree with what Angry Sparrow wrote. You will have no issues with a baby monitor

Baby monitors are perfectly safe for pacemakers...it's the baby that takes a toll on us.

I have an ICD which is both a pacer/defib. I have no problems with mine and it has saved my life.

thank you. i just like to check on all these kind of devices as i am not sure what signals are good or what are bad. my son and daughter in law have one in the house but i am not near it for any length of time but will be in my own house. but thank you again for putting my mind at rest.
