I understand that there are magnets in the flywheel of recumbent exercise bikes. Is that a problem with a pacemaker? I have the MEDTRONIC revo sure scan, and have had 2 MRI s.

Maybe if you hugged the wheel and that's a maybe. I've had no problem.
You know you're wired when...

It may be the first time we've felt a normal heart rhythm in a long time, so of course it seems too fast and too strong.

They would only be a problem if you tried to stop the flywheel by putting your chest where the PM is on the flywheel. It might burn through the flesh.
Used in the "normal" way there isn't any problem.
