I have prolonged QT, and a wacky heartbeat. I get a ton of PAC's and dropped beats which drive me crazy. My heart gets much worse if I get dehydrated, so I drink a TON. However, I've been drinking Gatorade (because it has the electrolytes my heart needs) and it just has too much sugar and dyes for my liking. Anyone know of anything else that could give me the same benefits but won't break the bank??

Magnesium

i swear by magnesium because I had a ton of PVCs and PACs. Since I'm been taking magnesium everyday for months I very rarely if ever get them.

yes magnesium does help there are loads of reports on this to say how it benefits the heart. Exercise can help too I find it stops lots of my pvcs. If your on medication this could cause pvcs etc as they cause chemical changes in the blood stream.

Nuun

I get an electrolyte supplement called Nuun, that I've found in most supermarkets. It has magnesium in it too. It around $5 bucks. It has 10 tablets per container that dissolve in water. So it's more cost effective than Gatorade. It only has one gram of sugar in it. I like the strawberry lemonade myself.
