Doctor called me in because of information from my merlin transmitter. Does anyone know what it can be?

Doctor Should Provide More Information

Your Merlin Monitor checks your PM every night at a specified time.  If there are any concerns regarding your PM or cardiac functions, a report is usually transmitted to your doctor for review and any necessary action.  The doctor should have given more specific details regarding what the Monitor reported that prompted him to call you and indicate whether he needs to schedule a routine follow up appointment or an urgent appointment with you.  I encourage you to phone the doctor back and find out exactly what the situation is that prompted him to phone you.  I would do that right away.
