I'm 17 years old and I've just done some very intense exercise, usually I'm fine but I've got chest pains, I'm shaking and I feel extremely nervous, my doctor is 5 hours away and I have no idea what's going on, can anyone help me?

When in doubt, call 911! Don't mess around with chest pain. You probaby just overdid it, maybe you are dehydrated or tired or something like that, but better to call over nothing than ignore something serious.
I shake after a really hard workout sometimes. It's common. Nausea is also pretty normal, tho that's your body telling you it's not happy with you. But it happens to everyone, paced or not. My daughter (your age) started going to Crossfit with me. She was new at it, I was not, but being a competitive kind of kid she was determined to keep up with me. And she ended up in the bathroom puking up her breakfast. That was several years ago, now she leaves me in the dust and has learned the difference between pushing hard and overdoing it.
To bring your heart rate down and help with the nausea, put your hands on top of your head and breath in slowly through the nose, out through the mouth. I often do this at the end of a workout, sometimes during if I've been pushing hard.
Always hydrate, preferably something with electrolytes like coconut water or a sports drink, and get some protien within half an hour of finishing.

I noticed that your PM was inserted in 2005. Have you had a recent device check with your doctor to see the status of the battery life. This is probably not the problem as you only felt that way after exercise, but that thought came to mind.
You know you're wired when...
You can finally prove that you have a heart.
