EP visit today

Went to the EP doctor today.  Only thing done was an EKG.  He is ordering an echo of the heart and a stress test to be sure nothing is wrong with the heart itself.  I am scheduled to see him again in 3 weeks.  I guess that means 3 more weeks of hibernating 20+ hours a day 😢.

Did he answer your list of questions and did you have ANY satisfaction in that?

Is your psychiatrist going to put you on that stimulant to try and help you since there aren't any adjustments being made?

Comments and psychiatrist

For the most part he answered my questions.  He said that turning off the CLS has nothing to do with how I feel that he had turned in the accelerator. He said that my atrial pacing was sufficient enough that the ventrical was not pacing.  I was concerned about the atrium pacing 81% and he said to not worry about it that the pacemaker was doing it's job.

He had spoken to my psychiatrist before he came in the room.  He is aware that she would put me on a stimulant once she knows there is nothing wrong with my cardiac status.

I did not know until after I got home that he ordered thigh high compression stockings.  I will get the next week.

The cardiac echo and stress test have been scheduled for 12/19.

At this point I don't know anything else I can do....

I'm happy he answered your questions and sorry there was not a solution or some more immediate help. Unfortunately it seems you're stuck waiting. I hope the stockings provide some help. *hugs*

I am pretty down and out feeling this way every day 😥

You know you're wired when...

You have rhythm.

I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.
