P-Wave Amplitude

My atrial P-wave amplitude measurements have been consistently around 4.0 mV for the past 8 years. My latest device interrogation returned a measured P-wave amplitude of 8.3 mV, a clear spike from previous measurements.

Does anyone have an idea of why this could be? Perhaps a sign of right atrial enlargement, pulmonary hypertension... any thoughts?

Thank you!

I believe it does mean right atrium is enlarged, but isn't that a sign of Hypotension? If memory serves there's another condition this could be. I think you need to see the Cardiologist
