Strange heart (PM?) behavior after exercise

Hi gang!  My docs say more exercise, so I've been getting out for a nice brisk 20 to 30-minute walk more often.  Today it was quite cold outside and, as soon as I came in to where it was warm, I felt light-headed and somewhat nauseated.  Could barely get my boots and coat off before having to sit down.  Took my BP and pulse which were 126/80 and 55.  Thought that was odd so did the other arm, which showed 126/86 and 56.  I sat for a few minutes, thought I was recovered, slowly stood up to go start dinner and got all yucky again.  This time readings were 110/46 (my BP cuff gave me the little shaky heart warning) and 78!  What the heck?  Rested a few more minutes and then got these readings: 108/78 and 79.

I have complete heart block, got my PM almost three years ago.  Could not get past 135 bpm in last week's treadmill test, also got SOB and nauseated. That's when doc said I needed to exercise more. But it makes me feel so crappy!

Any thoughts or suggestions will be most appreciated!  :-)

AFib will cause low BP but AFib will show up on a device check so hopefully thats not the cause.

maybe it is something to do with the difference in temperature outside and indoors? Exercise in the fresh air is supposed to be good for you! But if you weren't warmly dressed? Be strong and take care
