I was fairly athletic before my VFIB arrest and emergency ICD implant.

Im about to get my azz off the couch but I'm paranoid about the zzzzing 🔥

Hiking is actually one of my preferred activities (I also have ICD). Just make sure to keep hydrated.

Others follow me around like a puppy dog. Oh well, it will be good for them to get exercise. It seems to affect others more than myself. Thanks for the encouragement!
