I have also had mine for 3 months. But Pacers come in many variations and serve multiple purposes, and people are all different, therefore different restrictions. I had a Biotronic 2 lead put in for Bradycardia and was able to do things overhead after 5 weeks. At week 8, I started doing some light lifting again doing DB presses, front raises, curls, extensions, etc. I haven't felt the confidence to do any specific chest exercises, but will be discussing that with my cardiologist at my 6 month check up. As Tracey said, always check with your doctor though!

It made a HUGE difference in my life. Once I got it, I was finally able to run, and ride my bike long distances.

Did you discuss with your doctor? They are all over the place from nothing heavy overhead to no restrictions at all, most fall somewhere in the middle. Three months out you are fully healed now. My doc said do whatever I want as long as it feels ok. I've done presses with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. Also push ups, pull ups, anything else they cook up at Crossfit.
You don't want anything heavy that will put direct pressure on your device or leads. Anything else goes, as long as it feels ok. Start light and easy, don't jump right back to where you were before. If something doesn't feel right, back off and try it again in a week. I found it took a good 5-6 months before I was at my old weights, doing all moves, and didn't feel any twinges after my last replacement (I'm on my 5th).
