i have had my replacement pacemaker in situ now for 3 weeks but i still have puffines around pacemaker site and purple discoloration in certain parts ,has anyone else had these symptoms         cheers tedsponge

Sounds pretty normal. Ice should help. Things to watch for are new swelling or redness, red streaks, oozing, fever.
