Entresto

I have been on Entresto 24/26 for a month and just pushed up into 49/51  EF is 21%.  I am 52 and just got new 2 lead defibrulator 3 weeks ago. Does anyone have any expwrience yet with exercise and increasing EF up to or over 35%  I do not like the CHF and water issues. Hoping I can strenghten heart enough to stop it.  Is this a pipe dream, has anyiojne done it?  I am gonna try!  Looking forward to hearing back. Thank you all.

I am in Atlanta GA

Thank you David, I will read it. Heart Failure Dr said EF was `15% now, I said how did that change...lol you read it last time and said 21, havent doner a new test, and now you say 15%.

He increased Coreg to 6.25 in the AM and 12.5 in PM did not increase Entresto.

I am starting to take Sermorelin Forte, a growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP-2) starting that this Monday Jan 15th.

I wish you all the best.
