How long after Generator swap, can I golf?

I had my third device implanted 2 weeks ago. I had a generator swap, wondering if I would be able to golf in 10 days?

The amount of time doctors tell people to wait before participating in things like golf varies all over the map. I wouls encourage you to check with your doctor. That being said, my last implant when I asked, he responded, why would you wait? I read a study, wish I'd kept a copy, I think it was by UCLA which determined that nothing patients do causes the leads to pull free. In your case they probably didn't even replace the leads so the only thing of concern is the incision and once that's pretty well healed there's no risk there.

I'd go for it but then you aren't paying me big $$$ to look out for your health

I don’t know, doctor told me I was able to go back to my normal lifestyle. But again I was feeling like shit for a week after the implant from my body rejecting the pouch.

I would err on the side of caution especially if you experienced problems with the pouch.  It is rare for leads to pull out, but is sounds like your pouch may need more time to heal.  It would be a shame to experience complications that would set back the healing process.  Why take a chance.  I would allow more time for the pocket to heal.
