Chest pain possibly pacer?

So I’m 31 got my pacemaker 2 years ago following complet heart block after open heart.  I had it upgraded to a dual chamber about a year ago.  Since then everything cardiac wise has improved, rarely do I have any pains from CHF symptoms.  Over last week or two I started getting sharp burning sensations in left chest on left side of chest wall is where it feel like it’s coming from, the pains get so instense occasionally that my pec muscles flex or spasm.  The sharper shooting sensations are sometimes triggered, or so it seems when lifting heavy weights at the gym which I do five days a week but haven’t had pains before.  The more stinking burning dull ache happens any time and usually follows the sharper pain.  Yes I will be contacting doctors etc, but I wanted to see if anyone has any insight.  It’s also important to understand my battery pack is down in stomach area not on my chest and my leads to not cut across chest area but are threaded up through my breasts, I have a breast augmentation they didn’t want to ruin so they ran my leads very carefully.  I’m a little concerned a lead might be slipping or catching on something from my weight lifting however since I am female I don’t do a ton of chest exercises like bench presses which are what is likely to cause lead dislodgment if not careful, I have a hard time using pec muscles at all just because of my sternum being wired shut from open heart it aggravates the nerves around the sternum and causes sharp pain so I generally avoid those kinds of upper body, but I do other exercises like military press curls etc for arms back n shoulders, never had a problem with those triggering pain before either.  Anyways I am rambling, forgive my awful grammar from using my cell phone.  Any advice comments or input would be appreciated!
