Phrenic Nerve Stimulation

Hello it is Ralph again. I hope you dont get sick of me. I thank you for all the sound advice and comments from all of you so far. After my pacemaker implant last week and a trip to the ER on Saturday I had some more episodes this morning. For the first time in my life I didn't panic when my heart felt like it was beating out of my chest. I sent a report via my monitor to my EP whom I see today at 1pm. I think for once I was able to determine on my own that the phrenic nerve/daiaphram is being stimulated. I am nervous because they had made several attempts to correct this to no avail. They think they fixed it then when I get home boom it starts again. My concern is that they won't have much more room for a "safe margin' by lowering the voltage to help the stimulation and they have seemed to tired to use all the different combination of leads. I'm ok with a minor episode like this morning but the bad ones worry me because I cant tell if it just stimulation or my ventricles or racing. I was wondering has anyone had the same difficulties and do you think this can be worked out safely? When they are reprogramming my pacemaker I am always so anxious because I get lightheaded headed, slow heart rate, fast hear rate ect. I know it is part of the process and my EP is nationally recognized he is great yet the process of reprogramming sends me into a panic. I restart my PTSD therapy in June three times a week. It has not helped so far and I have spent long stretches in the psych ward as a result. I am going to demand a change of treatment. I am so tired of living in fear. I want to fight back.
