My device is Identity ADx DR 5386.
I have two leads originally set to ,mode, DDD, now its set to one lead ( Ventrical ) mode, VVI.
99% sense, <1% VP.
I have heard that the value < is less than symbol, and the whole number if it can be defined as a number = 000.01 basically nothing,

That simply means your heart is beating on it's own and doesn't need assistance from your pacer. And yes the symbol "<" is a matehematical sign and means "less than" if it were pointed the other way ">" it means "greater than". VP means Ventrical pacing
