Revision
Hi, June 1st, 2018 I had my ICD implanted..never felt great or even better after the implant I have LBBB. I had a icd revision on Aug 27th. The EP accused me of twiddling. The device had twisted and the leads were out and I was palpatating through my diaphragm. I don't think the leads were put in right. I did not twiddle. I feel like I have taken 10 steps backwards. Anyone else have these issues. I was scheduled for an adjustment to see about getting me more energy. Now back to square one. Thanks so much.

LBBB

so with LBBB I'm guessing what you got was a CRT-D also known as a Bi-Ventricular Defibrillator or 3 lead device. The 3rd lead is not held in like the other two. It is heldf in by spring tension against an artery wall and unfortunately they do sometimes pop out shortly after implant. Mine withdrew from the same zip code 10 days after implant. It's not uncommon and shouldn't be a surprise.
Now if your device flipped which is the rough description of what transpires with twiddlers then I'd ask him how it could possibly flip over when it's supposed to be sutured in position, and yes the sutures are loose but not so much it should allow your device to do back flips. For those who don't know, Twiddlers is where a patient plays with their device and flips it over. In other words your Dr may be CYA (covering his assets)
Thanks

Yes that's exactly what I have, the bi ventricular defibrillator. That 3rd lead you talked about, the ep couldn't place it where it should have gone and placed it on the outside of heart (?). 11 days later I'm not feeling the best but I feel it's better everyday. Hoping they can make an adjustment..

Did your parents ever accuse you of something that you didn't do (ignoring the many infractions that you got away with)? You'll never convince them otherwise so just deny it, for the record, and get on with your life. Life sucks sometimes and it seems it's your turn.
