I have had a Dual Chamber Pacemaker for 7 years. I have recently been having Fullness, Pressure, & Redness of my Faace & Neck when I lean forward or pick up objects. My doctor ordered a Chest CT Scan which was read as normal, but the symptoms persist. Anyone had similar probablems with Pacemaker?

Symptoms:
Swelling of the face, neck, arms. Dusky redness of the face.Worse when you bend forwards. Blurred vision. Headache.
I am sure you can get this with pacemakers. This is confirmed by literature:
Venous thrombosis or stenosis after implantation of transvenous pacemaker leads occurs frequently, although this occlusion is usually asymptomatic. ... The incidence of pacemaker-induced superior vena cava (SVC) syndrome, however, is rare, ranging from 1 in 40,000 to 1 in 250 patients
Any help?
Suggest vascular ultrasound may be helpful?
Red face

Just came across your post re red face. I had something that may have.been similar but I never did find out why. It was a good few years ago.now but my face.was very.red and looked swollen when I got up.out of bed. Also, like you, if I leant or looked down my face was.bright red.until.I stood up. Did you ever get an answer to.why.this happened? I didn't ever know why it happened altho I asked a few different medical departments. Perhaps mine just went away or meds changed (long time ago so cannot recall). I have an ICD and heart failure. I often wonder if it was fluid retention.
You know you're wired when...
You have a $50,000 chest.

Ever curious, I looked up SVS. Could find nothing that related to humans. Is SVS a typo? or maybe you could tell us what SVS stands for.
