Twitching/muscle spasms

I received my BVICD 3 weeks ago. I have been experiencing twitching/muscle spasms over my whole body since i received the implant, mostly at night. Please let me know if any of you have had this experience and how you resolved it. Thank you

Bipolar or unipolar setting

I had twitching of the chest wall- as soon as the pacemaker physiologist threw the switch to bipolar return it was a wonderful relief.

Could also be a diaphragmatic pacing.  If a lead dislodged it may be stimulating your phrenic nerve which could also cause the spasms. 

In any case, check with your doctor.
