I have bought a maxkare neck and back massager. It says not to use if you have a pm.
as I only want it for my lower back would it be ok?

I have used similar massagers with no problem. I wouldn't hesitate using it on the lower back. Perfectly safe.

I certainly wouldn't use as shown in the fourth photograph (URL below). I don't see how it would be an I reference problem but I certainly wouldn't want it directly over my pacemaker and leads. I'd have to say "no" don't use, at least as it appears to be designed.
