Thank you so much for your comments! I do appreciate your help so much! I am not able to write often due to lupus lack of energy and overwhelming work keeping up with my responsibilities.
I received the results from my electrophysiologist and I can't understand anything! Here they go:
Since 9/14/15 I have had
1 AMS event
431 VHR events
133 PMT events
11,057 noise reversion events.
Does anyone know what all this means?
Thank you so much again!

thank you, Bill H. I will try to study the workings of the heart so I can understand all this information. I'm trying to make a decision regarding leads replacement at this time! Your explanations were very helpful! Thanks again!

Ask your PM tech.

Probably the technican that reads the PM would be able to give you the best information.
The meaning will vary somewhat with the manufacture, settings, and what heart problems that you have.
Anyway;
AMS - automatic mode switching. This means that the unit has detect a tachycardia in the atria and switch modes so that the ventricle paces independently and not follows the atrial.
PMT - Pacemaker Mediated Tachycardia. Basically it means that the PM paces the ventricle too fast. It can be cause by noise, rate response too high, etc, but most common where there is retrograde path in the heart that allows the pulses to go the wrong direction and the ventricle pacing triggers the atria.
VHR - Ventricle High Rates Ventricle faster than a setting in the PM.
Noise reversion events - These are the times that the PM thinks that the sensing is corrupted by noise and depending on the brand and settings it reduces the features and/or go to a safety mode until the noise is gone.
I have no idea if these numbers are high or low and it depends on the length of time since the previous reading.
