SADS Virtual Confrence 7/16 (tomorrow)

Hey All,

The Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) Foundation has a free virtual confrence happening tomorrow. The session today was nice and we got to do some networking/sharing after the presentations. Tomorrow's session will have presentations by some notable physicians (not sure if there will be more networking).

Anyway just wanted to share in case anyone is in that boat and wants to connect with the community.

SADS Foundation free virtual conference

Jaykay, I see if anyone cannot watch live, they can watch the sessions at another time, since they will be recorded and can be viewed on the SADS Conference page for up to six months afterwards.

Thank you for sharing this and for your very interesting Profile history of idiopathic VF (Ventricular Fibrillation) brought on by short-coupled PVCs (premature ventricular contractions).  I attach a link for further reading for other members who might be interested.  The link should be copied and pasted into your main general browser.  As an arrhythmia sufferer I am well aware how one seemingly benign arrhythmia may quickly deteriorate into something more troublesome.

I hope you continue to enjoy the Conference today and continue to do well. I will certainly look at any bits of interest at another time since I am in the UK.  Perhaps at the end of the Conference you could kindly let us know overall what you have learned from the Conference, especially if you feel it could benefit other arrhythmia sufferers in general.  For example, have they mentioned any new exciting treatments, any new medication, or even supplements like vitamins and minerals?   Many find magnesium and Vitamin C helpful with arrhythmias.  What about stress relieving therapies like Mindfulness?

Thanks!

Yes I believe we can, at least that is what I have read on the site.  We may need to wait until it has been prepared for catch up viewing.  I think too we will need to set up an account, without any obligation or financial commitment, to benefit fully from the site, but it seems a useful Foundation to be a member of.
