Ahmed Rashed, firstly welcome to the Pacemaker Club and I hope you will find the help you need here to support you on your journey with your pacemaker.  Of course if there are specific questions or concerns about your pacemaker or pacing, you should speak to your doctors for advice since they will clearly know more about your medical history and indication for your KORA 250 pacemaker and any other treatment you may be receiving.

I have attached some links for you and for other members in case they are of interest.  See golden_snitch’s response in particular (first/second links) which are from old threads but comments should still be helpful in general.  The third link contains all Pacemaker Club messages about Sorin. The final link gives specific info on the KORA 250 pacemaker system.

Sorin Group was a medical products group based in Italy, with significant operations in France, the U.S. and Japan, specialising in cardiac devices.  Sorin is now LivaNova,PLC  a global medical technology company formed by the merger of Sorin S.p.A, a leader in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and Cyberonics Inc., a medical device company with expertise in neuromodulation.

How are you getting on with pacing?  Do you feel better or do you have any specific concerns?  If you have any concerns, please let us know and we will try to help.  I do not believe we have many Pacemaker Club members with KORA 250 pacemakers, but perhaps I am mistaken?  I have a Medtronic pacemaker and so does my husband, both implanted in 2018 for Sick Sinus Syndrome.  Good luck Ahmed Rashed.

A properly implanted and adjusted pacemaker will not even be noticeable after you get over the surgery.
