Beta Blockers

First PM implant June 29, 2022.  I am 63 years young, turning 64 on Friday.  Glad to find this website.  Some days, feel good all day, then next day crummy at some point.  Just started blood thinner medication, no side effects.  Doctor talked about putting me on Beta Blockers.  Don't want any more Big Pharma!  Does anyone have experience with Beta Blockers?  Did they make you feel better?

Beta blockers

Forget big pharma.  It's canard.  If you need drugs to make extend your life or to make it better, it's just silly to get all political over it.

Probably 80%, maybe more, of us are on a beta blocker. Beta blockers can make you feel worse and need to be chosen appropriately and balanced for your particular needs. Sometimes they need to be changed to minimize side-effects.  They can be a PITA but at least in the long run they will probably make your life better.

Correction, I'm not being "political" when I say Big Pharma.  I simply mean I  hate taking medications.  Goal is to be as natural as possible due to Rx side effects!  My atrial flutter doesn't bother me presently, so I see no need unless it worsens.  Thanks.
