I find that the bra straps are causing shoulder tenseness issues on one side of where the pace maker is.predominenrtly. When as an experiment I decided to remove the strap it creates far less stress on my shoulder.
a strapless foundation. The post-surgery bra strap pad is not doing the job.
are there any strapless sports bras that anyone knows of that can support the area.
Thanks in advance.

Some help

Definitely tender, but it does get better. My PM sticks out a little more than average so I still get irritation if I wear the wrong thing.
I now wear Bali One Smooth U Posture Boost when out and about. It has a nice thin but wide strap that doesn't bother me and has lots of material on the back so that is where the pressure goes for me. I sleep in a bandeau bra, it is a strapless bra that offers enough support for being around the house.
I hope you find something that works for you.
strapless bras

I found contorting to hook a strapless tight enough to give any support was more painful than a regular bra. Sports bras also took too much contorting to pull on. While I was healing, I wore tanks with the built in shelf bra or bralettes. Or a tank with another top layered over it and no bra.

I feel so blessed to have this little gem implanted in me. When I think of the alternative it is quite overwhelming sometimes.

On the upper left you will see a menu. At the bottom is a magnifying glass. Hit that and type in "bras". We discussed it a lot. For myself, I cut off the left strap and resewed it closer to the arm pit. It still gave support but didn't land on the pacemaker area.
They sell balconette bras which have wider set straps.
