HACKED PACEMAKERS

It's been awhile since I've been on here. I just want to share to all my pacemaker friends, if you all haven't heard about an article that was brought to my attention from my husband and the news. The article is about how hackers can turn off and rewire pacemakers from just 30 feet away. When I heard about this, I was very worried and scared. It took me awhile to wrap my head around this and to know why somebody would actually do something like that. It turns out the new latest pacemakers that have Accent RF on them are the ones that are in danger but they haven't given out the manufactures information and who is really at risk. I hope they will keep us all updated on this topic. I hope this helps. I am very grateful to be a part of this website as I would like to be "connected" to others who are just like me. We all have different devices and sometimes the same but it's for the same function.
